MicheleinMN
Do nutritional yeast flakes go bad? Does anyone know how long (and in what way) to store them? Thanks!
5Youngs
I've never had them go bad. I store mine in a little glass jar with lid. As long as they stay moisture free, there should be no problem......
MicheleinMN
So last year's flakes that I bought to make my vegetarian daughter some gravy should still be good to use this year? They are dry and look like they did last November. (Can you tell I want to make some gravy for her again this Thanksgiving?) Thanks for the help! Shelf-life is listed at 18 to 24 months. Hooray!
