merry gardens Posted November 6, 2009 Share Posted November 6, 2009 We used it. It does exercises like moving the tongue in circles and such to exercise the mouth & facial muscles involved in speech. Hard to say if it helped--it probably did. My child had adequate muscle control and articulation so that he never qualified for speech therapy when we had him tested. Despite not qualifying for speech therapy, his ennuciation wasn't quite right either. (That's finally improving with a different program used by speech therapists that we're doing at home.)
