LadyAberlin
Now isn't that a tongue twister LOL. I cooked a quiche a couple of months ago and the recipe made 2 quiches and said to freeze one. Well I've lost the recipe and so now I have a frozen quiche and I don't know what temp or how long to cook it. Does anyone have an idea of how long and what temp to cook a frozen quiche? Thanks
Blueridge
A total guess here...but I would defrost it overnight in the fridge and then bake at the regular time/temp the next day.
Happy
My standard go-to response is 350 degrees for 30 minutes. It might need ten minutes or so more because it's starting frozen.
~Kirsten~
I just baked one this weekend for about 45 minutes at 375 (recipe called for 40 minutes). Maybe google a few quiche recipes and go with the average? Also, I think a toothpick or cake tester will help a lot. Maybe check every 5 minutes after 30?
