Cooking quiche question

Now isn't that a tongue twister LOL. I cooked a quiche a couple of months ago and the recipe made 2 quiches and said to freeze one. Well I've lost the recipe and so now I have a frozen quiche and I don't know what temp or how long to cook it. Does anyone have an idea of how long and what temp to cook a frozen quiche?
