Well, I had my son work through this on his own when he was younger -- I'm sorry that I cannot remember how old he was -- probably 10. We never did any of the crafts or extra family things. The book is divided into 6 sections: Understanding Wisdom Developing Right Relationships Controlling Yourself Controlling What You Say Avoiding the Way of the Wicked Following the Way of the Righteous I thought it was great to have as a source for his independent study, though it really is designed more for family devotion time.
