I am hoping to get a little advice please. I had planned to use Apologia all the way through (not sure yet) but I don't see any books that teach about bugs and insects, etc. My dc are in 1st grade and I'd love for them to learn about ants, wasps, butterflies, spiders, etc this year and maybe start Apologia next year. I noticed WP is redoing their Shoot & Sprout, Buzz & Bite so I don't know which books they will be using yet. I need a curriculum that is pretty structured that teaches these things. Do you all know of any others for this age group (6-8)? Should I wait for WP? Thanks very much for any advice or suggestions! :)
