The only ones i can think of that haven't yet been listed is a slice of ham wrapped around a piece of cantaloupe melon and walnuts/dried cranberries mixed together. Oh, kale chips. My little guy likes pretzel rods and salami but that is probably not the healthiest option. :)

We eat dehydrated fruit from a company called Just Tomatoes. The product we eat most often is called "Just Fruit Salad" and it is delicious. The company sells small bags as well as 1 and 3 lb containers of its products.

I have a 15 month old who definitely still needs a nap! What happens if you lay down with her and snuggle in a quiet room, looking at books when you notice her rubbing her eyes? White noise, rubbing her back if she likes that, a nice environment.
If you can catch her when she is tired, and are willing to lay down too, you may be able to get her to sleep. If you wait too long though, she may get a second wind and bounce off the walls.
Just a thought! This is a tough, busy, fun age. Have you read any of the articles at kellymom.com? They are a bfing advocacy group and have very useful info about all aspects of parenting and supporting a bfing mom and baby.

Night nursing is good for the baby and helps them re establish their bond. It's not a "bad habit". It's totally natural. Please don't advise her to wean or even night wean. That is for her to decide.
You could see if there is a way to help set up her sleeping space to get more sleep? Are baby and dd cosleeping? If they do, baby could nurse without dd doing much more than rolling over. I cosleep and it dramatically improves my quality of life. Maybe see if dd would be interested in setting up her room for safe Co sleeping? (mattress on the floor works great for this.)
On the food issues, it is tough. Just try to have things she likes around. Her tastes may be changing/a bit different after pregnancy and as she matures. A tupperware of hard boiled eggs in the fridge never hurt anyone, though. :)

The yellow/green eye gene in genetics makes it a bit more confusing than those simple charts of blue/brown, too.
I have one child with eyes that may stay hazel, while dh has green eyes and mine are very dark brown. I couldn't figure out where the hazel was coming from but apparently the green eye gene can mix things up quite a bit!

We are using the standards edition (1a/1b) and i use the HIG daily. It has fantastic ideas to explain the concepts and the mental math strips at the back are perfect for reinforcing knowledge and practice. I would be utterly lost trying to teach this curriculum without the HIG.
Woo, first post! : blush:
do you ever do multiple sections in one day?

I usually follow DD's lead on that. i try for a certain amount of time, rather than a certain amount of work. Sometimes it is half a lesson, sometimes it is 3 lessons.
Sometimes it's obvious that she isn't getting it or needs a break, then i put it away and we try again the next day.
