  1. yep... but even longer. i have a luteal phase for 18 days. that means from ovulation until my period is 18 days, and i feel pms'd the entire time. lucky me. :glare:
  2. This is what I fear about juicing. I have chronic muscle pain, and have been tempted to try juicing. But I also am hypoglycemic, and I imagined that the fruits and veggies would spike my blood sugar and then drop it really low. It's nice to know from someone who's been there. I think I'll pass!
  3. No, the kitchen would be completely seperate with only a door sized opening to the dining space (there is no table in the kitchen either...just an island). When I say "living room", our living room is the family room. The only room with couches, etc. Our dining and living room areas are completely open right now. The kitchen is closed off by a wall next to the dining area.
  4. The kitchen would definitely have a big island either way, if that helps anyone. Thanks.
  5. If you could choose to have your kitchen completely open to the dining room and living room (without sacrificing storage or prep area). Would you do that or rather have a more private kitchen that is closed to the other rooms except for a door sized opening? I think I'll do this as a poll. Would love your opinions! The kitchen would have a big island with three stools with both choices. Thank you!!
  6. Thank you so much!! That really answers my question. I appreciate your feedback!
  7. We are considering Omnibus (via Veritas Scholars Academy online) for our will-be 14 year old next year. I've read that it is Reformed in their viewpoint, but what does that exactly mean? We are reformed in that we believe in election/predestination, but we are definitely pre-mil and dispensational. Does Omnibus get into aspects of covenant theology (the church is Israel, end times related things, etc.) that might be against our beliefs? Or is it reformed only in talking about election? Thanks!
