Yes, they make them. Make sure your son will actually wear it before you purchase. I know my boys are picky about that kind of thing.

I won't let the government have my money to use interest-free. I prefer no refund and larger checks.

Looks great. Thanks!

Thank you! I downloaded it.

My boys have always worn them at the pool and the beach. It sure saves on sunscreen.
I was told by their current swim instructor that they are not good for lap swimming. They slow the boys down by catching pockets of air. So now they do not wear them for the their current home school swim team.

How about a red polo shirt. Target usually has them for boys. Just don't tell her what department they came from.
This was my first idea. Get a red polo shirt.
Edited to add: I see you don't want a polo shirt. It looks like you've gotten some great suggestions. Have you emailed your friends to see if they have anything you can borrow? That usually works for me.

We've used General Science and Physical Science. I recommend them. I like that I can re-use them with future kids. They have flash drive programs now also. You may be able to purchase a previous version on sale. Sometimes he offers them on his website.

My son will be 15 in August. I can't even imagine. Maybe I'll stock up on paper bags!

Two different shades of blue. I love it!

We visited Williamsburg, both Jamestowns, and both Yorktowns. I loved the original site of Jamestown. It was a fascinating place to visit. We also went to Richmond. I highly recommend the Confederate White House and Museum of the Confederacy.
My kids' favorite part was by far the Great Wolf Lodge water park hotel in Williamsburg. We used a homeschool discount and stayed for three nights. They still talk about it YEARS later. If you go there, make sure to do Magiquest.

Nothing! However, when he wants something that seems reasonable I'll just go ahead and buy is for my 14 year old son.
He wanted a game for his computer and a bamboo tablet for his computer and I bought them for him.
If he does his share for the family - like babysitting - I'll make sure he gets the things he wants.
Works for us.
This is pretty much what we do.

I've never ignored someone.

I think you are thinking of the LA program. If you have the notes for the history, readers, and read-alouds, you should be fine. I don't know about the maps. My newer version of Core 3 has maps for each individual book. I seem to remember some of the older versions didn't have separate maps.

Reading and digital scrapbooking.

I voted other. I'd do the co-op, but bring work for each child to do while the other is in class. I also would do school in the afternoon and for an hour in the morning before leaving since the class doesn't start until 9:45.

Instant Watcher lets you have multiple queues and have the ability to shift then in and out of your netflix queue. This "premium" service is $10 per year (otherwise Instant Watcher is free), but is much easier to use than the tools from Netflix.
I've never heard of this. It looks very interesting!

I love my kindle. I use it daily and have owned it for 1/2 years. The battery lasts a long time if you turn the wireless off. The e-ink is great for reading outside. I have a light that I clip on to read indoors at night.

Beautiful Feet Books does have a California history study guide, but my favorite is His California Story, by Lesha Myers.
This is the one we use, plus a lot of extra books. I think many of the are the same as the Beautiful Feet books.

I have my 4th grader working through the problems. I think it is going to get difficult quickly. I'm planning to have my older two start using it as a summer review. It looks like a great resource. She likes earning the badges. It gives her motivation.
I do supervise her to make sure she picks an exercise that she can accomplish. For example, she completed ones on angle types and then her next suggested exercise was from the Geometry portion. It would be too difficult for her.

I just went through the book The Care and Keeping of You with my daughter this month. She will be 10 in June.

It really depends on the last name. I usually see how they sound together.
