  1. I just made two batches of fudge using Kirkland brand chocolate chips. Both batches flopped. As soon as I added the chocolate chips, the mixture got hard and I couldn’t mix it. When I put it in the pan a watery mixture rose to the top. I make fudge every year and this is the first time I used this brand chocolate chips and the first time I’ve had this problem. Anyone else have this experience?😢
