I have a question. If I choose to do a home transcript instead of utilizing a place like NARS for a hs diploma does that transcript count when applying for jobs, etc that want a hs transcript. For instance a city/state job? Military? FedEx etc.

Does anyone have a favorite for Science Lab supplies? I have one starting Biology and one starting Physics.

I just relocated to PA from GA and I cannot believe the hoops you have to jump through here to homeschool.

 

I am not sure why you are moving to PA but if you are just thinking of relocating perhaps you should look elsewhere.

 

Don't mean to be a bummer but why go through the extra hassle. We have found the transition here to be very difficult.

[Writing Curriculum]

Hello

 

I started using the Classical Curriculum several years into my homeschool journry. I have six children of all different grades. My problem is my older children 15, 13 and 11 in my opinion need help with their writing skills.

 

Does anyone recommend a good writing program that will strenghthen their writing skills? I really need their paragraphs to have cohesiveness and structure.

 

Any input would be helpful thanks.
