Hi I'm a homeschooling my PG (I guess AL on this board) 6 year old son. We just started 1st grade about a month ago. We're doing Beast slowly and SM 3A and SOTW (and the class at Athena on it), finishing MCT Island, and a lot of history work. So I think we have a lot in common with a lot of the people on this board except I'm a dad who is doing the homeschooling.
I don't really have a question, but was wondering if there were any other homeschooling dads out there. There are apparently so few that when you search "homeschooling dads" the main pages that come up at for how dads and can support moms who are primarily homeschooling.
Maybe there's nothing gendered about homeschooling, so maybe it doesn't matter, but I thought I'd check if there were any other homeschooling dads out there. But I have no clue what I want from that.
Of course, maybe I'm wrong and there are tons of dads who homeschool out there or maybe it really doesn't matter (I actually found this to be true when I primarily identified as a stay at home dad).
