Sure, they have vitamins and minerals like zinc and vitamin A, plus they healthy fats. They are great for kid snacks, IMO.

Thank you! I know olive oil is healthy, but I wasn't sure after sitting in a can if actual olives retained any sort of nutritional value. Only a couple of my kids will eat them, but I've been craving them lately.
