super grover Posted May 31, 2008 Share Posted May 31, 2008 I really appreciate the last post -- it is answering a lot of questions. I think have a border-line aspie, which makes it more frustrating. I was also looking at I believe is the Fengold or Feingold diet. Anybody have experience? Is there a way to try it out for a week or two before spending 85 bucks on it? I'll post more about it as I read... just thought it might be nice to get a feel for it before paying out the $$.
