pooh bear
My writing skills are not the best in the world, and I would like to change that. I am working my way through Saxon Grammar 5, and I would say 90% of it, I do not know. I don't even remember learning any of it in school. My ds is in 5th grade, and before he gets to higher level writing, I want to teach my self, so that I can help ds when he gets older. What can I get to teach myself? Stacy in NJ
I'd suggest AG and Wordsmith would be great places to start. AG will give you all the grammar you'll ever need, and Wordsmith will get you going with your writing. Neither are terribly time consuming for a busy homeschooling mom. Greta Lea
I bought this about a month ago. My plan has been to read it and do some of the exercises in the book before January when my son will begin using the book. It is SUCH a *great* little writing book! I highly recommend it!
