Can pork chops be cooked, then frozen, & still taste good?

When I tried bulk cooking with pork chops, they came out very tough and we ended up throwing them out. I used some sort of a breaded pork chop recipe ( think shake and bake from scratch). Maybe a moister recipe, (maybe something like sweet and sour pork???) would work better.
