T-Tappers, a question for you.

There are testimonies on the forums from women who have lost several sizes and brushed from the beginning and have no skin sagging after losing down and maintaining a size for some time. THere are other testimonies from women who did not start brushing from the beginning and wish they had because they *do* have sagging skin.

do you t-tapp?

 

I'm unsure what is needed. Does the basic workout tell you how to do this?
