JudoMom Posted March 18, 2009 Share Posted March 18, 2009 I'm very frustrated. I bought StartWrite, and love the idea of it. I need to make a minimum of 15 handwriting sheets every week right now. I've got a different page design for each of the older 3. I like to make all the pages for one week in one sitting. I open the file, delete the old information, type the new, print, delete, type, print, etc. I can make 1-2 pages, and then the program starts freezing up and shutting down. The same thing happens on both computers that it's installed on (my old laptop and my new laptop). :banghead:. What should be a 15-20 minute process takes 30-45 minutes. Has anyone else had this happen? Were you able to solve it? Would it be worth my while to call the company? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
violin69 Posted March 18, 2009 Share Posted March 18, 2009 I've had problems with it locking up when I try to use a template over and over. I gave up and just make a new sheet from scratch.
