Donna T.
Wondering if anyone has heard when Song School Greek will be available for purchase. I've left a message on the answering machine and Classical Academic Press. Maybe they'll call me back. Anyone know? Thanks!
Donna T.
A rep from the company called me back. It should be ready for purchase in about six weeks.

SonshineLearner
That's awesome! I'm trying to decide whether to do Greek or Latin with my 5.5 yr old, first. I'll have to check this out! Carrie:-)
Saille
I emailed this week, and I thought some of you might be interested in the latest: Dear Sarah, Thank you for your interest in Song School Greek. It will now likely be an early summer release, and we apologize for this extra delay. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions. I had last heard "early February". Also, are there sample pages I can download? Thanks, Sarah Cannon.
Saille
Aha! I just looked and there's a sample chapter up, and it says they'll ship at the end of July. It looks to me like there's more CC, however, so it may be less valuable as a secular resource than SSL. They also include both Koine and Modern pronunciation, and they're in shaded sections on the same page. Hopefully that won't be confusing to young students. Any off the cuff thoughts? SonshineLearner
My thought is I'll wait for them to do at least one revised edition. I'm a Christian, and my hope is for my children to be able to read the New Testament in Greek fluently, so that parts a plus for me. Both on one page seems like it might not be perfect, though. Donna T.
Thanks for the update. I eventually gave up on waiting and we're going to use Hey Andrew! I'm going to check out the sample chapter though.
