4kids4me Posted February 18, 2008 Share Posted February 18, 2008 Here's the instructions: I put the "crust" in the bottom of the pan. Now I'm supposed to lay a sheet of parchment paper on top of the crust and cover with dried beans. I've got no parchment paper, nor even waxed paper, and it's a holiday here in Canada. JFSinIL Posted February 18, 2008 Share Posted February 18, 2008 just bake the bottom crust w/o any beans in it. Keep an eye on it and poke any holes that may try and form.
