nukeswife
HI all, After our Rightstart math bust and not wanting to go back to saxon due to it not holding dd's interest. I checked out CLE and thought for the "low" price tag that it was worth a shot. I just got my order today and realized that I didn't order the flashcards. I have the TM's and all 10 lightunits. I didn't get the 100 chart or My counting book because we have a 100 chart and I figured we'd just use that and figured I could just have her write the numbers in a notebook instead of the counting book. She's not a huge fan of flashcards but they look more managable in CLE compared to how saxon introduced them. Do I need the ones CLE sells or could I just make my own or go buy some from Barnes and Noble or something? Thanks for your help. I really like the looks of CLE and want to get the most out of it. My dd saw me looking through the lightunits and asked what they were when I said they were her new math books she clapped and said "Yea, those look fun!" The fact that it's broken down into the light units and the TM is split so it's not so huge and overwhelming is very appealing.
