I'm a 20 y/o looking to go into a childcare profession and I was wondering if anyone had any good resources (books and websites) for different effective techniques on engaging with/educating children, such as books detailing different effective parenting techniques or different educational styles for engaging with children. I'd especially love some resources for children who are neurodiverse, and how to engage with them effectively and respectfully. Thank you so much for any help you can provide!
