ELaurie
Are you simply reading it? Outlining it? Writing short summaries? What are your dc doing? I'm reading it now, along with my Archaeological Study Bible , which has been very enriching, but I've no doubt I'll forget most of what I've read by the time ds9 is ready for it in 9th grade. I'd love to make some notes now to help organize my thoughts about what I'm reading, so I can use them as a reference in preparation for his HS years. I'd love to hear from others who have BTDT :001_smile: Edited November 25, 2008 by ELaurie
Cedarmom
Well, I just read it. But now I have forgotten most of it. I think I would like to re-read it, and make short summaries. I also would like to do a timeline.
ELaurie
It turns out that TWEM has a great guidelines for how to read a history book, and what kinds of notes to keep :001_smile:
