HappyGrace Posted February 14, 2008 Share Posted February 14, 2008 I'm thinking like SL LA does, or Bravewriter Arrow, where they have them do dictation but also dissect the passage in terms of grammar, etc. ( I love the aforementioned programs, but we're not using SL so doing their LA wouldn't make sense, and Arrow is too expensive for what you get.) Julie in GA Posted February 14, 2008 Share Posted February 14, 2008 it doesn't deal with the grammar of the passage, just the content, via discussion questions. Maybe you could work "backwards." Take a selection from Mary Daly's diagramming book, or a grammar book, and give it as a dictation. Would that work? I have a dication list on lulu that you can download for free, and I would be happy to "disect" any of the passages with or for you. I love how it's tied in with the WISE guide too. I will pick and choose from this and maybe try to pick out some grammar with some of these selections. Thanks again!
