I am making a chuck roast tonight and am a little nervous because all the recipes I see use a different cooking time and there seem to be some mixed feelings on grassfed roasts (which mine is). I thought it would be fun to have a thread with our favorite recipes or things to cook in the IP. What about fails? We all like to learn from those as well! I'll start... This seemed so simple and ridiculous to me, but boiled eggs. Never have I had them peel so easily without looking like they had been through a beating!
