Book Crazy
I'm looking into getting HWT and was wondering if the Teachers Books is necessary or will it sit on my shelf collecting dust?
Mama2Three
I think that the first time you use HWT, the teacher's guide provides helpful background, tips, teaching ideas, etc. After you get the hang of where Jan's coming from, you probably won't need them. VaKim
I used it with both mine, and never used the TM.
Zelda
If you are just using the workbook then I don't think its really necessary. It does have some handy tips but they are extraneous.
Book Crazy
Thanks for the replies everyone. I ordered just the workbook, I hate have Teachers books sitting on shelves collecting dust.
mazakaal
Can you borrow the TG from anyone, just to familiarize yourself with where she's coming from. You really only need to read through it once, take a few notes, and that's it. I don't continue to refer to it daily.
