Is the nutrient content going to be fairly the same as fresh? I am thinking specifically of blueberries if that makes a difference. Thanks! Blueridge Posted September 10, 2008 Share Posted September 10, 2008 If you dry foods at a lower temp, no higher than 105, all the nutrients and most living enzymes are retained.
