kentuckymom Posted April 16, 2015 Share Posted April 16, 2015 So last night I went with three other women from my Sunday School class to see The Bible Tour. In case you don't know, this is a tour featuring the singing of four CCM artists interspersed with scenes from The Bible miniseries that came out last year. The songs are somewhat correlated to the scenes. The are a few Old Testament scenes included but it mostly focuses on the life of Jesus. I was very impressed. This is high praise, since I'm pretty critical of CCM and Evangelical Christian culture in general. Steven Curtis Chapman is on of the artists in the show, and I love that he pulled out some oldies but goodies including "The Great Adventure." The tour is only about half over, so, if you like such things, I recommend checking to see if it's coming anywhere near you. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
