Yolanda Posted November 3, 2014 Share Posted November 3, 2014 Just wondering if anyone has had this error msg. when trying to log on to your computer as 'owner' or 'admin'.... User profile service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded and now I can't get in to my files! ugh. anyone have any ideas on how to help? Thanks! If you are still locked out, you will need to reboot in SAFE mode and create an account that has administrator privileges. I did try all these steps but when i get to the renaming part it doesn't work. thanks, though. I'll try the other link you mentioned.
