Onceuponatime
My soon to be 5th grader, who has done Abeka Math up to now, does well in math, but finds it dull and boring. However, I need something fairly structured with enough practice problems, and something that makes it easy for the student to do a lot of his work independently. I'm currently looking at Math Mammoth and Modern Curriculum Press. If you have used Abeka in the past would it be difficult to transition to either one of these? Are there other options I might want to consider?
SilverMoon
Abeka to MM could work. Use the placement test! MCP would be a step backward, IMO.
