Xuzi Posted February 12, 2014 Share Posted February 12, 2014 I resubscribed on Thursday and STILL have not been able to connect the darn thing. Their customer service is useless, they took two days to respond to my initial e-mail for help, and the "advice" I got back was almost verbatim *exactly* what is said on the "trouble shooting" section of the website (which I had said in my original e-mail that *I HAD DONE ALL THOSE THINGS*). SO, anybody have any ideas why it won't let me connect? The only *possible* reason I can think of is a firewall, but I have no idea how to change the settings on that. Our firewall is through our AVG antivirus, if that gives anyone some idea of what to do.
