It seems pretty warm in there, but I don't know if it's too warm. How warm would be considered "tto warm" for flour, sugar, baking mixes etc?? ThatHomeschoolDad Posted November 9, 2013 Share Posted November 9, 2013 According to the freshloaf forums, above 75F is bad. Freezer is ok as long as flour is brought up to room temp before mixing.
