fourcatmom
Are the sowers books worth buying? Did you find them interesting and worth reading? I am looking at George Washing and Francis Scott Key right now. I can't find them at the library.
GTJo1996
Our library is deplorable. I feel your pain! I think these books are worth buying if you have more than one kiddo that will use them. I have not been able to find them used or cheap. Seems like they will run you $6 or so each. You CAN buy the entire series but it's not really much cheaper. scrapbabe
I agree with GTJo. The couple we've read we're good. I would buy them. Our library bites so we buy almost every book we read. I was just about to buy the George Washington myself... Just waiting for pay day.
fourcatmom
Thank you. I just wasn't sure if I should skip them or buy them. I thought I had heard that they were not that good but I honestly couldn't remember if it were these books or not! If they are worth reading, then I will have to buy them. I have found about 1/2 of the books I need through the library and since we live in a bigger city they can transfer from other nearby libraries. But, between TOG and TGTL, I need a lot of books! freeindeed
I will be using some of the Sower books this upcoming school year. I purchased mine from Rainbow Resource.
