Laurie4b Posted August 6, 2008 Share Posted August 6, 2008 I got my first Crocs this year when the Mary Jane style came out. I have really loved them for comfort and versatility. However, the straps of one shoe are now popping off repeatedly during the day. I've only had them a couple months, and for the price, would have expected longer wear. The even sent me free replacement straps when I told them that my puppy ate all our straps. They shipped them free and they were at my house the next day!! Our toll-free number: 1-866-306-3179. mktkcb Posted August 6, 2008 Share Posted August 6, 2008 If it's just the black button things that are popping out (causing the strap to pop off), then you can go to their website and request replacement ones. They sent me a little bag with a whole bunch of them. If indeed the strap itself is broken, I'm sure they'll replace that as well.
