Sympathy Sickness - is this possible?

I think my 3yodd is a sympathy puker :)

About a month ago my 5yods got sick in the morning and by a few hours later she was also sick. He was lethargic for a day or so. She bounced up and was perfectly fine immediately.

This morning, we had to take a 30 minute van ride to drop off one child at an activity for the day. On the way back, my 9yods got sick in the van. It wasn't expected but we were able to contain the mess fairly well and kept driving. By the time we got home about 15 minutes later, the 3yo has gotten sick, too. He's laying around here, hasn't eaten, obviously not feeling well. She ate lunch and has been fine ever since.

At least I'll know what to expect the next time.
