Candid
I listened to a podcast that high lighted this story from last year. In the caves with cave drawings there are many somewhat abstract lines done on the walls and ceilings. Researchers have figured out how to determine sex and age of the finger flutings and have learned that huge numbers of them are done by children some as young as 3. The most prolific is a 5 year old girl. Adults had to hold the children up to do the ceilings. http://www.cam.ac.uk/research/features/prehistoric-pre-school/ http://www.history.com/news/prehistoric-children-finger-painted-on-cave-walls Also, the podcast I listen to is available for free and is called Stuff You Missed in HIstory. I like it a lot but the topics are fairly eclectic.
Nan in Mass
Oh very cool! Thank you. It sounds like a very nice pod cast. Eclectic is nice for something like history GRIN. Nan
