Where are my folders of subscribe threads (now called threads I follow)?

I had some great folders where I could find certain great threads I had subscribed to much more easily (eg high school planning). Are these now gone? I'm finding it much more difficult to find new content, too, as not all of them are showing up where I want them. I liked it better when I could see when there were new posts in every thread I followed no matter how long ago it was.
