5LittleMonkeys
I know this is my dc's favorite time of the day, but after the lovely peaceful day we've had of the three youngest playing outside in their makeshift "house"... the yelling, screaming, hollering and arguing of all the neighborhood public school kids in my yard now are really grating on my nerves. I know they've been pent up in the school room all day, but why do they have to be so loud? Off to give them "The Warning". Would I be a bad mom if I switched our school time to the afternoon when the ps kids are getting home?:tongue_smilie:
SweetandSimple
Switching school time might not work... but I've been known to save up all my errands for that time of day. We head out the door around 3:30 sometimes. I feel mean if I don't let them play, but I also resent the craziness that comes when all the other kids get home from school.
