sandra in va Posted July 12, 2012 Share Posted July 12, 2012 We are long-time Rod and Staff English users, but it is not working so well with kid #4. She's finishing up level 4 now, and I am thinking a switch to something else might be a good idea. Something about Shurley makes me think it will be a good fit for her - could the experienced minds out there in the Hive help me pick the right level to switch her into? At first I was thinking Shurley 4 (she'll be in 5th grade), which is recommended by SWB, but we've already done Rod and Staff 4 - would there be too much repetition there? Then I've also heard that 4 and 5 of Shurley are very similar - so would 6 be the right level?
