laughing lioness
I've put together a list of challenges, projects, activities and food for the kids here. Hopefully, it will keep the bickering and whining down :001_smile: - I mean, it would if there were bickering and whining at my house! What do you have on the summer fun list? Beth in TN
This is great. Wish I was one of your children. I'm definitely going to try something like this when my little ones (currently 4, 2 & 8 months) get older.
5Wizards
Wow! I'm impressed with your ideas! We're going to spend much of the summer outside playing/swimming/etc., but one of the things that I've read about here that I'm going to try to do this summer is to have "Poetry and tea" once/week. I never seem to have time to incorporate it into our schedule, but if we like it I'll see if I can continue it next year as well. I'd also like to start a family journal this summer and have everyone contribute weekly (or more often if they prefer). That's about all I've got. :tongue_smilie:
laughing lioness
5 Wizards- love the poetry and tea - we did that for awhile. We love IEW's poetry program! Beth- thanks! I think my kids wish they were the children of someone who believed more in T.V and x-box:lol:
