I love that I can replace the tips and refill them (a couple arrived with the caps not on tight and I just had to flip the nib around and voila, good as new) but the best part has to be that they have NO ODOR at all. I also bought their eraser with the changeable pads and that is the best eraser I've ever used. I love that it is magnetic so it sticks right to the board, no need to hunt it down.
