heritagelearningacademy Posted April 14, 2012 Share Posted April 14, 2012 I have a 12 year old son that will be a7th grader when we start our new year this July. He is currently doing TT 7. He is a child that math comes easily for him once he watches/reads. His mistakes are in rushing, not misunderstanding or lack of knowledge. We had a LOOOOONG discussion tonight. He really doesn't want to do math. That's not an option, yet I find myself struggling with what to use next year. We were considering the next in TT and Video Text. I looked at Saxon and we viewed a DIVE CD. He didn't like that. I truly think it is attitude that will be a challenge for us....not ability.
