In the Rain
I want to make a recipe that calls for 1/8 teaspoon ascorbic acid. The recipe says it is available in the health food section of grocery stores, and adds "zing" to the recipe. If I buy a bottle of ascorbic acid, what could I do with the rest of it? Jayne J
Ascorbic acid is vitamin C. Eat the rest.:D (Really though, buy it in the vitamin bottle and crush up a pill to get your 1/8 tsp. Then take the rest as vitamin C.)

I like the idea of crushing up a tablet. Thanks!
