frugalmama Posted February 8, 2012 Share Posted February 8, 2012 We didn't get started on school until after 5pm tonight as I had to run errands all day and kept getting delayed, and then we had to stop school early after I developed an allergic reaction to DD's science experiment! Apparently I'm at least contact allergic to raw sweet potato :glare: When I finally got the darn thing cut up {it did NOT want to cut at all} my hand started itching and now my lip is swelling up. Oh Joy - my plans for the next 2 days are now derailed. Feel free to ignore my whining - I just needed to vent. I've taken benedryl and normally that stops allergic reactions on me - really really hoping it stops this as I don't want to end up in the ER and get whatever bug is going around now here.
