For younger grades, I have found I like doing a little of each branch of science and then going more in-depth in middle school. I was looking at the following: Nancy Larson Elemental Science Intro to Science BFSU The last two really appeal to me. I have a download of BFSU Vol 1 which I like but I also like the ES. So I was thinking I would do ES for the remainder of K half/ first half of grade 1 and then move into BFSU. I'm just wondering if there will be too much overlap.
