ereks mom Posted December 22, 2011 Share Posted December 22, 2011 We have 2 profiles, one for Christmas movies and another for everything else. When I click on the arrow next to the name of the main profile (top right of screen), a drop down box shows the other profile and "Sign Out". When I click on the other profile, I get a log in screen, so I input the e-mail and password, then click "Continue", and it takes me right back to the main profile. As the account owner, I'm supposed to have access to all profiles, right? What am I doing wrong? I remembered that I have another user name & password for the second profile. I was trying to log in using the user name & password for the main profile.
