Are they pretty much identical to the newer editions? One last question: are the guided reading workbook pages also in the Interactive Text CD-ROMs? Thanks! AngieW in Texas Posted June 7, 2008 Share Posted June 7, 2008 The guided reading workbook pages are in the interactive text cd-roms. We didn't like working with the cd-rom. Printing out worksheets was a pain. My computer kept trying to block the cd-rom too. I only had the cd-rom for one of the books (don't remember which one for sure, but think it was Motion,Forces,&Energy). In 5th grade, my dd did 1-2 chapter subsections each day. In 6th and 7th grades, she did one chapter section each day unless the section was very long and then we split it in half. The 2002/2003 workbooks match up page-for-page with the 2000 edition texts. The 2005 editions have moved some of the chapter sections around. I haven't seen the newest edition to compare. I prefer the format of the older workbooks to the newer ones.
