Braces, tooth decalcification, raw milk, healthy teeth

We drink raw milk.

However, from my research, I have not found that it helps to remineralize teeth.

Xylitol helps to remineralize teeth, but it cannot do so if there is strep bacterial in the mouth. Actually brushing before eating can help with the bacteria. Brushing after helps to keep the mouth free of debris.

There is also a tooth mousse that some people have used to help with remineralization. We've used Dr. Christopher's tooth powder, but I'm not sure it helped. Neems has also been known to help. The last two suggestions are based on anecdotal evidence only.
