diaperjoys
I'd like to try PP with my kiddos, and I'm wondering if I need to order Reading Pathways too? Or would that come later? Thanks!
eloquacious
If you use Reading Pathways, they would be used concurrently. I think the fluency-building exercises in it are great. I've often thought it should just be one book, with the pyramids woven into the program more, but then it's not hard to do that.
reading
You don't need to get Reading Pathways. Since you want to try PP, you might want to get that one first and see how you like it. Reading Pathways is for building fluency. PP can be used totally on its own. If you want/need extra practice later on, you could order it then. IF you decide to get Reading Pathways at one point, the Pathways website has a free download for a list that coordinates both books. It's not necessary, though.
