For the past few years, dh & I have been working with couples who have a history of domestic violence. We try to help them turn things around so that the cycle can end. In once of the instances in which we were involved, however, the husband actually did kill his wife and is now serving time in prison. It's a sad, scary situation, and so very frustrating.
