MBM
We just found out that my son's high school has switched from Holt's Physics to Kinetic Books Physics (this is for freshman). Ds began reading Holt this summer but found it frustrating because he felt the formulas and explanations weren't explained very thoroughly. He used Khan Academy to help with ideas he didn't understand. Anyway, ds really likes the way AoPS teaches math (and gripes that AoPS should really develop a physics course -- lol). Do any of you know if Kinetic Books teaches similarly to AoPS? Do you use any other resources to help teach? (Ds will have lab at school.) TIA. :)
